As we wind down proxy seasons in many of the regions of the world - and prepare for peak seasons later in the year in others like Australia - ISS is pleased to provide key updates to ProxyExchange designed to help you prioritize your corporate governance workload.

Automated Workflow Tagging. Subscribers will be able to efficiently prioritize workload, assign meetings to team members, and target critical meetings by utilizing the new automated workflow tagging features such as:

• Build a custom library of up to 200 workflow tags.
• Auto-tag meetings based on a combination of 6 user-defined Watchlist types (Account, Account Group, Country, Industry Sector, Issuer, and Critical Proposals) and Countries.
• Create multiple tag rules to account for different workload scenarios.
• Define country, using Country of Incorporation or ISS Country of Coverage.
• Save filters using multiple tags at once, and add or remove tags on an ad hoc basis.
• 20-tag limit per meeting applied on a near-time basis.

Rationale Requirements.

• A new client location setting allows users to require a rationale to be entered when voting proposals that do not have management recommendations, to provide better transparency when reporting back to internal and external constituents.

These are just a few of the items included in the upcoming release, which will go into production on Friday, 29 July or Saturday, 30 July depending on your location. Scheduled downtime to the application is between:
